- Use 1 tsp per 8oz
- Or simmer in milk for five minutes for the masala style
Beyond the cup
Born to be a latte. Brew strong with coconut milk for the full effect — the coconut pieces in the tea amplify whatever coconut milk you add. Steep into cream for coconut-chai ice cream or panna cotta. Infuse into a Thai-style coconut curry broth for a crossover that actually works. The licorice root adds an anise sweetness that lifts tropical desserts.
