212°F / 100°C — Steep 5–10 minutes — Use 1/2–1 tsp per 8oz (potent) — Naturally sweet, no sweetener needed — Limit to 1–2 cups daily

Beyond the cup

The sore throat specialist. Naturally sweet and soothing — licorice root coats and calms irritated throats on contact. Traditionally used for sore throat, cough, and digestive support. Steep 1 tsp for 5–7 minutes. Important: don't drink this one daily for more than 4–6 weeks, and skip it entirely if you have high blood pressure or take heart medications.
