How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–10 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- No tea leaf and no caffeine, so a long steep only deepens it
Beyond the cup
Steep into cream for an orange creamsicle panna cotta that nails the ice cream truck flavor. Reduce into a syrup and add vanilla — drizzle over pound cake, waffles, or ice cream. Brew cold and add a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy orange cream soda.
