Parsley Flakes are milder in flavor than fresh parsley, yet still makes a wonderful garnish on nearly any dish. Flavor-wise it combines well with potatoes, risotto, and various soups and stews. Treat parsley like any other leafy green and you'll find a whole other world exists.
