- 175°F / 80°C
- Steep 4–5 minutes
- Use 2 tsp per 8oz, the leaf is fluffy
- The longest steep at the lowest heat; never boiling
Beyond the cup
Strawberry sweetness and a tart hibiscus edge on a white tea base. Makes a beautiful pink iced tea. Cold brew overnight for the cleanest flavor. The tartness works in a cocktail syrup – mix with sparkling water and a squeeze of lime.
