Perfect for
- High tea
How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Cannot over-steep: no tannins, so no bitterness however long you leave it
Beyond the cup
The botanical tea. Steep into cream for a lavender-rose panna cotta. Reduce with sugar for a floral syrup — drizzle over ricotta toast, yogurt, or champagne. Brew alongside a cheese board with honey — the florals are made for it.
