Beauty in a cup. Rose petals have been treasured in Persian, Ayurvedic, and Chinese medicine for centuries — traditionally used for mood, skin, and as a gentle digestive. The experience is the medicine: fragrant, delicate, and quietly calming. Steep 2 tsp for 5–8 minutes. Pairs beautifully with other herbs — try blending with chamomile or lavender for an evening ritual.
