Beyond the cup

The bold muscatel. Steep into cream for a grape-scented panna cotta – the body holds up where lighter Darjeelings fade. Sip alongside a cheese board with aged Gouda, dark chocolate truffles, or almond pastries. Brew at 200°F for 3–4 minutes to get the full muscatel without bitterness.
