- Steep 4–5 minutes
- Use 1 tsp per 8oz

Beyond the cup
Fall in a cup. Steep strong and reduce into a glaze for roasted squash, pork tenderloin, or sweet potatoes. Infuse into cream for pumpkin-spice ice cream or chai-apple crumble. The apple pieces give this one a fruity sweetness that works in scones, muffins, and overnight oats. Stir a spoonful of brewed concentrate into pancake batter.
