How to use it
Sriracha without the squeeze bottle. Shake on eggs, avocado toast, popcorn, grilled chicken, stir-fries, or anything you'd normally drizzle sriracha on. The tamarind gives it a tangy depth beyond just heat. Medium spice — noticeable but not punishing. Mix into mayo for spicy aioli, or sprinkle on roasted sweet potatoes for a sweet-hot finish.
