What it’s like, and how to make it

How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes COVERED
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Covering traps the volatile oils that carry most of the flavour
Beyond the cup
The gentle digestive. Peppermint and spearmint soothe from the top down while chamomile calms the nervous stomach underneath. Honeybush adds natural sweetness with none of the caffeine. Rose petals and osmanthus make this one beautiful to smell, see, and sip. Brew 1–2 tsp, steep 5–7 minutes covered (keeps the volatile mint compounds in the cup). Great after meals or anytime your stomach needs a hug.
