How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Cannot over-steep: no tannins, so no bitterness however long you leave it
Beyond the cup
Cold brew overnight for strawberry iced tea. Steep into cream for a strawberry-rose panna cotta. Reduce with sugar for a berry syrup — drizzle over cheesecake, ice cream, or yogurt. The tartness from the hibiscus makes this work in vinaigrettes too.
