How to use it
The daily bread spice. Mix with olive oil and spread on flatbread before baking — that's manakish, and it's the reason za'atar exists. Also perfect sprinkled on hummus, labneh, eggs, roasted vegetables, or stirred into yogurt. The sumac gives it a tart punch, the sesame gives it body, and the herbs tie it together. Keep it on the counter — you'll use it on everything.
