Vadouvan French Masala

Vadouvan is a French interpretation of Indian masala that combines the classic curry spices of mustard seeds, fenugreek, cumin, coriander, cardamom and spicy chiles with savory garlic, onion, and shallot. Vadouvan is one of the most delicately flavored curry blends, but it does have a spicy kick of heat. The longer it cooks, the more its rich, roasted qualities come through.

Ingredients: turmeric, onion, garlic, smoked salt, shallots, turbinado sugar, olive oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek, cumin, coriander, cardamom, chiles
