How to use it
New England's seafood secret. Dust on fish fillets before pan-frying or baking — the celery and ginger lift the fish while the cloves and allspice add depth. One teaspoon per pound of fish. Also great in clam chowder, crab cakes, and fish pie. Mix with breadcrumbs for a seasoned crust on baked cod or haddock. Stir into tartar sauce or cocktail sauce for an upgrade. Gentle heat — the cayenne whispers, it doesn't shout.
