How to use it
Pure fire. A little goes a long way — start with a quarter teaspoon and build up. Essential for hot sauces, Cajun blackening, Caribbean jerk, Indian curries, and anything that needs serious heat. Stir into soups, stews, marinades, or sprinkle on pizza. Mix with honey for a hot honey glaze. At 90,000 Scoville, this is for heat lovers — taste as you go.
