How to use it
The secret ingredient in Bloody Marys, coleslaw, and potato salad. Mix into celery salt with a 2:1 ratio of salt to ground seed. Stir into tuna or egg salad for instant depth. Add to pickling brines and soups in the last 15 minutes — the flavor fades with long cooking.
What it goes with
Brunch tea. Brew our English Breakfast alongside anything you'd season with celery seed — the malty tannins cut right through the richness. For something lighter, try our Sencha with a celery-seed vinaigrette salad.
