How to use it
Smoky-sweet in one scoop. Rub on ribs, chicken wings, or pulled pork — one tablespoon per pound, let it sit for an hour, then grill or smoke low and slow. The honey caramelizes into a sticky bark. Mix into mayo for a chipotle aioli, stir into baked beans, or toss with roasted sweet potatoes. The chipotle has a slow, smoky warmth — not a punch.
