How to brew it
- 195°F / 90°C
- Steep 3–5 minutes
- Use 1 tsp per 8oz
- Re-steep three or four times; it changes character with every round
Beyond the cup
Peach and oolong – more body than a peach white tea, which means it carries into cooking better. Reduce with honey into a glaze for pork tenderloin or salmon. Steep into cream for a peach custard or ice cream base. Cold brew makes a clean peach iced tea that’s dangerously easy to drink all summer.
