Spanish rice is a flavorful side dish, popular in Southwestern and Mexican cuisines, and consisting of rice sautéed with tomatoes, garlic, onions, bell pepper and spices. We took the guesswork out of combining vegetables, spices and aromatics for this classic rice dish by blending bell peppers, chile and tomato powders, garlic, onion, celery, carrots and spices for a quick and convenient mix. We recommend 1 to 2 tablespoons Spanish Rice Seasoning Blend and 2 teaspoons tomato paste to every 1 cup cooked rice.
