How to use it

The everyday Thai curry. One tablespoon in coconut milk with chicken and vegetables — dinner in 20 minutes. Sweeter and earthier than green curry, with a friendlier heat level. Also great stirred into pumpkin soup, tossed with roasted sweet potatoes, or mixed into a peanut dipping sauce.
