How to use it

Japanese curry night in 30 minutes. Melt butter, stir in flour and two tablespoons of this powder to make a roux, add chicken stock and vegetables, simmer until thick. Serve over rice with pickled ginger on the side. Also works as a dry seasoning for katsu — mix with panko before breading.
