How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–7 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Cannot over-steep: no tannins, so no bitterness however long you leave it
Beyond the cup
The simplest almond tea — and that’s the point. Steep into milk for an almond tea latte. Infuse into cream for marzipan-flavored custard. Grind dry leaves with icing sugar for a finishing dust on shortbread or sugar cookies.
