How to use it
The one-scoop baking fix. Two teaspoons per pie, one teaspoon per batch of muffins or pancake batter. The orange peel and brown sugar make this sweeter and more complex than plain cinnamon. Stir into oatmeal, yogurt, or whipped cream for instant fall flavor. Also great in a smoothie.
