How to use it
The soul of Middle Eastern cooking. Stir one tablespoon into lamb stew, rice pilafs, or roasted vegetables — the rose petals give it an aromatic depth you won't find in any other blend. Rub on lamb shoulder before slow-roasting, or mix into ground meat for kofta. Also transforms roasted eggplant and lentil soup. The warmth is all aroma, no heat.
