How to brew it
- 212°F / 100°C
- Steep 5–10 minutes
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- No tea leaf and no caffeine, so a long steep only deepens it
Beyond the cup
The holiday tea. Reduce into a cranberry syrup for turkey dinner — drizzle over the bird or stir into gravy. Brew strong and serve warm with cinnamon sticks at holiday gatherings. Use as a base for mulled wine or a non-alcoholic holiday punch.
