Guajillo Chili Powder

Guajillo is the name for the dried Mirasol chile. With a fruitier flavor than many other chiles of its kind, this variety adds a tangy, berry-like punch to its spicy flavor profile along with lightly smoky/cocoa undertones. Use to flavor all kinds of meats or to liven up your salsas, sauces, soups, and stews. 

Ingredients: Mirasol chile pepper (2,500-5000 HU)

Uses: Use in sauces, salsas, soups, beans and chili. Add to marinades dry rubs for any meats or to BBQ and dipping sauces.
