Beyond the cup
The versatile Ceylon – full-bodied enough for breakfast, smooth enough for afternoon tea. Steep into cream for a smooth, oaky custard. Use as a poaching liquid for smoked fish. Takes milk beautifully – casein binding turns the moderate tannin into silky body. Makes a rich, amber iced tea.
What it goes with
The all-rounder estate tea. Strong but smooth – cuts through Thai curry, lifts grilled fish, and anchors a cheese board. Pair with our Cinnamon and Ginger for baking, or our Vanilla Bean for a smooth cream tea.
