Mexican Mole Blend

Mole has a deep and delicately balanced flavor of spicy chile and rich chocolate, ground to fine powder and is a deep, dark reddish brown color. To make our Mexican Mole Blend, we combine ancho and chipotle chile with chocolate and other spices to make a convenient, time-saving dry spice blend for this labor-intensive sauce.

Ingredients: ground ancho chiles, ground chipotle chiles, paprika, brown sugar, sea salt, cocoa powder, molasses powder, granulated garlic
