How to use it
The one to start with. Two tablespoons in a pot of dal, one tablespoon per pound of chicken for a quick curry. Bloom in oil for 30 seconds before adding your liquid — it wakes up the turmeric and cumin. Also great stirred into rice, roasted cauliflower, or scrambled eggs for instant warmth.
