What’s in itparsley
How to use it
More than a garnish. Stir into tabbouleh, chimichurri, gremolata, or green goddess dressing. A generous handful in scrambled eggs, pasta, or potato soup. Add in the last minute of cooking — parsley's aromatics are delicate. Mix into compound butter for steak, or scatter over everything you plate.
What it goes with
Parsley and chamomile are connected through apigenin — the calming flavone abundant in both. Brew our Chamomile alongside a parsley-heavy meal like tabbouleh for a relaxing dinner. Our Ceylon's brightness also plays well with parsley's clean, fresh character.
