How to use it
Fall in a jar. Two teaspoons in pumpkin pie, one teaspoon per batch of pancakes, muffins, or lattes. Stir into cream cheese frosting, oatmeal, or whipped cream. The mace adds a subtle warmth you won't get from mixing individual spices yourself. Also great in sweet potato soup or butternut squash risotto.
