How to brew it

- Steep 5–7 minutes COVERED
- Use 1–2 tsp per 8oz
- Covering traps the volatile oils that carry most of the flavour
Beyond the cup
The after-dinner digestive that actually earns the name. Anise and fennel bring the same carminative compound from two directions — double the settling power. Chamomile and lemon balm calm the gut-brain connection, ginger gets things moving, and peppermint soothes from the top. Brew 1–2 tsp, steep 7–10 minutes covered — this one's better strong. Perfect after a big meal or anytime your stomach needs help winding down.
