Beyond the cup
Sweet, smooth, and made for Chinese cooking. Brew alongside Peking duck, dim sum, or anything with hoisin – the malty sweetness bridges to caramelized sauces. Steep into cream for a cocoa-scented custard. The tea that tastes like milk chocolate smells. Don’t overbrew – it goes bitter fast.
